Begin the conversation.
I work with a small number of clients at any given time, which means every engagement gets my full strategic attention. If you are navigating a challenge where evidence strategy, value demonstration, patient-centricity, or a consequential leadership inflection point is at stake, I would welcome a conversation.
Conversations I am well-suited for

HTA and JCA readiness and evidence gap assessment
Strategic advisory on integrated evidence planning
Patient-focused drug development strategy and organizational capability building
The Discernment Practice — confidential coaching for leaders at consequential inflection points
Conference speaking and workshop facilitation
What to Expect
Every inquiry comes to me personally, and I respond within two business days.
When the work aligns with what you are navigating, I will send you
a link to schedule a thirty-minute introductory call — a working conversation about your challenge, your timeline, and how my expertise can serve what you need.
Frequently Asked Questions
Use the contact form on this page, or send a note directly to schiffon@schiffonwong.com. Please provide a brief description of the challenge or opportunity, the timing you are working within, and the type of engagement you are considering; if you are not yet sure which fits, that is a useful starting point too. I read every inquiry personally and respond within two business days.
If the work aligns with what I do, I send you a link to schedule a thirty-minute introductory call to discuss your challenge, timeline, and how my expertise can serve what you need. The call is a working conversation, not a pitch. If we proceed, I follow up with a written scope and engagement letter calibrated to what we discussed.
I do not take on engagements where my expertise is not the right fit, where capacity does not align with the timeline the work requires, or where the engagement would create a conflict with an existing client commitment. When that is the case, I will say so directly, and, where appropriate, offer thoughts on alternative resources.
